Hey there!

I’m a Sydney-based, Melbourne-born creative consultant whose career has taken a few turns, but I’ve always had a long-standing passion for the arts and Australian theatre.

Across my working life I’ve dabbled in a bunch of things, and it’s shaped how I work now.

Back in the day I worked in academia, where I completed my PhD in research. I also worked as a teaching academic, before moving into a project and change management role. While I was there I also got involved in a new edu-startup, coordinating volunteers, and got to see how this small company found its feet. I was even a marine biologist for a couple of years, snorkelling in Port Phillip Bay's many marinas during winter (not recommended!).

For something completely different, I then moved into management consulting. There I've worked across lots of different clients and projects, including multi-million and multi-billion dollar programs in major government departments to update internal processes and policies, project management for big banks, tech projects, and internal strategy programs, and even business acquisitions.

The upshot is that I've worked with all sorts of people and projects, tackling all kinds of plans, questions, and challenges. And I love using this broad toolkit of approaches to support creative folks to do what they do best.

These years of varied experience has given me an adaptable and pragmatic approach. I'm not about rigid processes and endless planning. I’m all about outcomes, collaboration, flexibility, and finding an approach that fits your unique creative voice.
